Hello, I am a wife and mother of two, an author and freelance writer and blogger. I thought growing old would take longer but time seems to fly by, so I don’t want to waste any of it.

I started writing a blog in 2007 about back pain after being a sufferer for over 30 years. After four major surgeries I had to accept that pain was something I had to live with but found writing down my feelings helped me through the worst days.

I enjoy a new challenge and like writing on different subjects. I like helping individuals and companies get their brand into the media. I translate the brand words into words that go to their site/blog and other media. Hopefully, this will inspire potential clients and customers and then help build a connection with them with fascinating and interesting posts.

I have self-published three books on subjects that I have blogged about and can help anyone go through that process with ease. I’ve been featured in Back Care Magazine, Vivo Magazines, Family Magazine,  Fighting Back and interviewed by UK Health Radio.

My hobbies are selling on Ebay where I specialise in selling vintage plates. It’s great fun and quite rewarding. Another passion I have is for making handmade cards which are mainly for friends but I now have a shop on Etsy. I also enjoy baking and getting my sewing box out to make something handmade for my home.

If you would like a regular, one-off or just a few posts written on your website or blog then contact me for prices. If you have a spare minute then pop over to my twitter page ‘BloggerBar’ and say ‘hi’.
